Account information

When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your provider identifier, profile name and verified email to create your account, maintain a session and manage credits. We do not receive your provider password. Essential session cookies keep you signed in.

Examples and uploads

Browsing examples does not submit a generation. References you add to the editor may be uploaded to calculate a quote. Your inputs are shared with the selected model service through our generation service for quotes and generation. Do not upload sensitive personal information or content you do not have permission to use.

Storage and service providers

We use hosting, database and media storage services to operate RapDirector. Public website examples are separate from private user assets. Access to private files uses authenticated requests and time-limited links. Model providers may process data outside your country under their own service policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Uploads and generated files are available for 30 days, then removed from private storage. Download anything you want to keep. Generation history, account and billing records may remain for support, fraud prevention and legal requirements. Support messages are handled through our support mailbox. Our payment processor handles checkout; we store order and fulfillment records, not full payment-card details.

Drafts on this device

Your browser saves prompts, settings and reference files for up to 24 hours so you can continue in the same tab. Signed-in drafts are restored only for the same account. Expired files are removed on a later save or when you clear site data. Private browsing and storage limits can prevent recovery.

Pending request references and settings stay in the tab until the request is confirmed, so a connection interruption does not start another generation.

Usage analytics

We record visits, referral domains, campaign labels, page paths, active time and selected actions to understand how the site is used. A temporary identifier is stored in this browser tab and renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. Signed-in visits may be linked to your account and generation outcomes, visible only to authorized administrators.

Analytics does not record prompts, uploaded files, raw IP addresses, search queries or session recordings. Analytics reports cover up to 90 days. Older records are removed in small batches during later visits or administrator refreshes. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests are respected. You can also turn off usage analytics on this browser.

Your choices and contact

For access, correction, deletion or a privacy question, email support@rapdirector.com from your account email. We may ask you to verify ownership before releasing or deleting account data. Our creation tools are intended for adults.
