The service
RapDirector provides AI image and video creation tools, creative references and saved projects. Choose a model, review the credit cost and download your completed work.
Your account and content
You must be at least 18 to use the creation tools. Keep your account secure and upload only content you own or have permission to use, including the recording, portrait and any identifiable person's likeness. You retain your rights in your inputs. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the service, with the providers described in our Privacy page.
Do not use the service for unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, harassment or infringement. Do not bypass account limits, abuse free credits or interfere with the service.
AI results and creative examples
Results vary by model, prompt and settings. AI can produce errors, distorted details or imperfect timing. Review a result before publishing it. Examples show creative directions and include their prompts; they do not guarantee the same output or exact synchronization with an uploaded track. You are responsible for checking music, likeness, trademark and other rights before commercial use.
Credits and failed requests
The creation button shows the quoted credit charge before you submit. Daily promotional credits expire 24 hours after a claim and have no cash value. A confirmed failed generation returns reserved credits to their original allowance without extending its expiry. If a request is still processing, wait for its final status before trying again.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Monthly plans renew at the displayed regular price after any first-month offer. Annual plans are billed yearly. One-time packs do not renew. Contact support before your next billing date to request cancellation or discuss a billing issue. Refund eligibility depends on the charge, usage and applicable law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us with the order or request ID; never send card details or passwords.

For technical issues, billing questions, rights concerns or an account deletion request, email support@rapdirector.com from your account email. Include the affected page and request ID when available.
Availability and changes
Service availability depends on model and infrastructure providers. We may restrict abusive use or update features. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
